			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Welcome!</strong>  2006 was peak-year for Real Estate in our local Butte and Anaconda Market &#8230;but corrections are inevitable.  So I&#8217;ve provided statistics from 2006 through 2010 for some perspective.  As fewer properties sell in what is a sparse population-base to begin with, those numbers shrink, and prediction of future market trends gets even more difficult.  All of that having been said, here are the numbers. </p>
<p style="text-align: left;">These statistics are excerpted from the Butte Board of Realtors MLS ™ and are deemed to be reliable but not guaranteed.  We also have no way of accounting for private sales or those not represented by a Realtor.  The numbers are presented by area and then by residential and land.  There are other divisions both by area and category, but those numbers are not being reported here.  &#8216;Butte&#8217; is a compilation of data within the city limits of Butte.  &#8216;Outlying&#8217; areas are not reported here.  If you have an area or a category of specific interest, we&#8217;d be happy to research the current and historical data at your request.  Feel free to contact us at <a href="mailto:info@ImoveRealEstate.com">info@ImoveRealEstate.com</a> .  Data from the Missoula Organization of Realtors (of which our office is also members) will be included in a future update.  With the exception of Georgetown Lake and Philipsburg this information will be minimal.</p>
